Comizi d’amore is a collective, heartfelt, and disarming performance born from the voices of young people exploring love, relationships, and emotions. Guided by Rita Maffei, a leading figure in participatory theatre in Italy, the young performers from Pergine bring themselves to the stage, sharing their questions, experiences, and perspectives. There is no fiction—only authentic expression, the result of a workshop focused on listening and understanding together what it means today to love and build relationships.
An intimate yet collective theatrical act, it touches the audience emotionally without rhetoric and speaks across generations.
The show is presented as part of the Fuoristagione program at Teatro di Pergine, within the project Mi Specchio nel Domani, supported by Fondazione Caritro.

Rita Maffei is an Italian actress and director, recognized as a leading figure in contemporary and participatory theatre in Italy.
Since 1999, she has been co-artistic director of CSS Teatro Stabile di Innovazione del Friuli Venezia Giulia, and in 2022 she became its President.
She has collaborated with major Italian and international directors and companies, including Luca Ronconi and Peter Stein.
Her work focuses on research-based theatre and engaging communities, young people, and marginalized social groups.
Among her awards are the UNESCO Aschberg Prize (2003) and the Enriquez Prize (2009).
