Become a volunteer

Pergine Festival supports the artistic and professional development of young people who wish to explore the world of performing arts and contemporary art.

We’re looking for young, dynamic volunteers who are interested in the world of festivals to join our team in delivering Pergine Festival 2026.

The 2026 programme will be packed with events: 13 days of performances in theatres and unconventional venues, 13 evenings of live concerts in the main square, and a variety of side events across the city.

With such a full schedule, we’re looking for people eager to get involved, especially in the following roles:

Welcoming and assisting the audience
Supervising performance venues and spaces
Listening to and collecting audience feedback
Supporting ticket sales and validation
Distributing questionnaires and programmes

You’ll work in direct contact with the logistics and production team, reporting any needs or issues observed in the performance spaces.

No prior professional experience is required.

Between June 27 and July 11, 2026
(Mondays will be OFF days)

THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR YOU IF

You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, and are open to engaging with new people
You’re good at problem-solving and want to challenge yourself in a new and unpredictable environment
You have basic English skills and are keen to interact with international audiences and artists

HOW TO APPLY

Joining the team is easy! We only ask that you:

Fill out the form below with your information and availability
Be available for an online introductory meeting, which we’ll schedule together after receiving your form
Take part in a training session dedicated to environmental sustainability: we are an Eco Event by the Trentino region, and we want volunteers to actively support this commitment to sustainable practices. We’ll provide all the details in due time!

PLEASE NOTE

To help us schedule shifts and ensure a meaningful experience, we ask for a minimum availability of 5 evenings. We’ll take everyone’s preferences into account and do our best to accommodate individual commitments.

IF YOU DON’T LIVE IN TRENTINO OR DON’T HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT

Please note that, unfortunately, the Festival cannot provide accommodation or reimburse travel expenses, only meals are covered.
If you’re able to arrange your own stay in the area, we’d be happy to receive your application!
