With 11,500 attendees across free and ticketed events, the Pergine Festival wrapped up its 50th edition on July 12, transforming the city into an open-air artistic laboratory for over two weeks. An important milestone that, as artistic directors Valeria Raimondi and Enrico Castellani shared, is “a starting point, not an arrival.”
Over 50 events across theatre, music, dance, and circus brought 9 locations in Pergine to life, with 160 artists including renowned names such as Bergonzoni, Paolini, Nada, and emerging voices from the contemporary scene.
The Festival recorded growing numbers, with 3,500 tickets sold, 8,000 participants at free events, and 13 sold-out shows, attracting a loyal and diverse audience, including many young people.
Pergine Festival reaffirmed its commitment to accessibility and sustainability, providing accessible performances through the No Limits project and maintaining its certified ECO-Event status, reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
The journey continues: this autumn, the Festival will launch a publication retracing 50 years of art and community in Pergine, projecting its legacy into the future.
Pergine Festival remains a vibrant cultural engine, nurturing communities through the power of the arts.
