Claudia and Sandro have been friends for twenty years. They know everything about each other and are very different. They both live crushed by a suffocating sense of danger, but they don’t agree with the reasons for all this fear either.
The world is untouchable: international conflicts, environmental disasters, alienation, consumerism, hyper technological development, genetic mutations and neck pain. They don’t know which way to turn: they feel like they have no chance of influencing the reality that surrounds them. They lay themselves bare on stage, a close tragicomic duel made of sharp jokes, declarations of love, humiliations and clumsy attempts at salvation. An hour of shock therapy open to the public, where laughing at your failures becomes a liberating act.
Between Pasolini echoing in the background and the desperate desire to feel alive, a fragile but powerful space of resistance is born: an invitation to remain human, despite it all.
IN A NUTSHELL
Two friends, Claudia and Sandro, challenge each other with irony, fears and uncomfortable truths, trying to find a meaning to the chaos of the present world. A fierce and ironic dialogue on fragility, to laugh – and perhaps free ourselves – together.
