ACCESSIBILITÀ
THE PROJECT
Pergine Festival believes in the value of culture as a common good that everyone must have access to, without any exclusion. For this reason, in 2012, the No Limits project was born: it is one of the few examples in Italy of a Festival attentive to the theme of cultural accessibility. No Limits is a project of cultural and social inclusion, which is dedicated to make the festival venues and the proposed projects accessible and usable.
This year No Limits, coordinated by Fedora Cultural Association, renews its commitment, trying even more to implement the strategies and services applied over the years.
THE FESTIVAL
The quality of the cultural experience is at the heart of the mission of Pergine
Festival, which reads from the perspective of accessibility and usability of the selected artistic proposals, guaranteeing the public conditions of maximum autonomy, comfort and safety. For the 2024 edition, No Limits, thanks to the patronage and contribution of the various realities that collaborate with this project, is working to make the following projects accessible:
Giovanna – la pulzella, la fanciulla, l’allodola di Lella Costa
Dire fare baciare lettera testamento di Koreja Teatro
Lo specchio della regina del Teatro La Ribalta
Thanks to the collaboration with Handicrea, it is possible for everyone to consult the mapping of spaces:
MAPPATURA SPAZI 2024Within the individual show schedules it is possible to identify accessible shows by two different legends:
1) The shows where the accessibility symbols, crossed out eye and crossed out ear are present are those for which accessibility services have been developed for people with sensory and motor disabilities (LIS interpreting service, audio description, subtitling)
2) For performances for which accessibility services have not been provided, the words ‘Partially accessible’ are present.
