Elio Germano and Teho Teardo bring on stage Louis-Ferdinand Céline’s Journey to the End of the Night. Germano’s interpretative sensibility and Teardo’s cinematic atmospheres retrace some fragments of the Journey, delivering the grotesque desperation of this masterpiece, which finds new expressions in the combination of strings, guitar and live electronics. The stage, empty and immersed in darkness, leaves room for an original score interpreting Céline’s genius.
