Circo El Grito and Wu Ming Foundation cross paths in a new creation of contemporary circus, illusionism, music and literature. An absurd superhero fights the absurdity of war, amidst tightrope walkabouts of body and language, in a show that blends the gestures of a circus performer with the phrases of a story and the notes of a music score. Between reckless acrobatics and surreal magic, Wu Ming 2’s voice guides the viewer through a story between history and fantasy, that of an underground circus during World War II.
