Marilyne Grimmer is a French photographer and visual artist living in Brussels (Belgium). Saluti da… is a participatory photographic project that investigates the relationship of each and every one of us with the here and the elsewhere. Grimmer met with the inhabitants of Pergine Valsugana, Milan, Modena, Gorizia and Campsirago (Lecco), immortalising them in public space and teleporting them to memories of the past or places of dreams through photo montage. The result is an exhibition of images and a series of surreal postcards that Pergine Festival displays in the shop windows of the historic centre.
