Rumori is a collection of musical short stories inspired by the metropolitan suburbs. They are portraits and brief encounters with the characters who animate the windows and balconies of an ordinary building, in an ordinary city, but at a precise moment: lockdown. In Rumori, everyone is both observer and observed, spy and spied on, the unwitting protagonist of an unprecedented but familiar urban landscape. In the story, everything is transformed into pure noise – the voices, the rhythms coming from the houses, the sounds of the street and of nature – to give life to a performance that combines narrative, visual art and music.
