An half monkey and half man figure appears on stage. Born from the wounds of the soul of Franz Kafka in 1919, his text takes on a new life in the rewriting by Giuliana Musso. La Scimmia is the story of a survival strategy that involves the loss of oneself, of the body experience, of emotion. The story of a dramatic renunciation: without that inner voice, how do we express empathic intelligence so indespensable for our survival?
