ARMANDO PUNZO WON THE GOLDEN LION FOR LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AT THE 2023 VENICE BIENNIAL THEATRE

The entire iconographic, sound and emotional universe of the Compagnia della Fortezza, founded by the author, director and actor Punzo in the penitentiary of Volterra, is reborn in a musical-theatrical performance.  Salvadori, musical playwright of the company, put together a mixed and evocative plot, made of music and images together with Punzo, the Architect of the Impossible, and the actors of the Fortress. Il figlio della tempesta is a concert show that celebrates 30 years of art and culture in the prison of Volterra.
