Cacao are an instrumental duo, bass and guitar, based in Ravenna. Matteo Pozzi and Diego Pasini, former members of the punk rock band Actionmen, created the project “Cacao” in 2013 with the aim of exploring the possibilities of their instruments within sounds and musical genres usually performed and arranged with drum machines and synthetic sounds. In November 2016, they released their first album, “Astral”, under the Brutture Moderne label. In 2021, it was the turn of the covers of “La Lambada” and “Children” by Robert Miles, published in 45 rpm on the Hell Yeah Recordings label.
