CA-NI-CI-NI-CA is a research project and a performance that looks at work exploitation as its theme and how the social causes regarding it are communicated. The project was born from the desire to represent work exploitation in the agri-food supply chain, particularly, that of tomato sauce, not so much as an emergency situation, but rather, as a systemic phenomenon determined by the dynamics of a production system, which is dominated by large-scale retail demand.
