ATLAS PERGINE: a human atlas of people, relationships, stories
What is a community? What defines it and what are the elements that hold it together?
Atlas Pergine is a photographic project edited by the photographer Elisa d’Ippolito. Starting from the idea that the community reality is a living, complex and exceeding nature with respect to its individual components, Atlas Pergine aims to be a witness of its territory. Following a course of meetings and exchanges with the members and people of the city of Pergine Valsugana, the project will gather a vast repertoire of portraits and stories that will give back to the Pergine community a composite image of its outlines in what will appear as a real human atlas. All the photographs will be exhibited in Sala Maier for the ATLAS PERGINE exhibition from 6 to 15 July 2018.
